We are reaching out to let you know that we are here to help! As an essential primary healthcare provider for your eyes, the CDC, AOA and MOA has given the go ahead for us to begin providing eye care services in addition to the emergency services we have continued to offer during this time of COVID 19 crisis. Below is our timeline for ramping up care
We will be available by phone for scheduling during the following next week
May 11th to 14th 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm
May 15th 8am to 12pm
We will be available for routine eye care appointments beginning May 18th for our normal business hours
Monday 8am to 5pm
Tuesday 8am to 7:30pm
Wednesday 8am to 5pm
Thursday 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm
Friday 8am to 12pm
We can ensure you that during your visit, the safety of you and our staff members are of the utmost importance to us. To reinforce this, we will be implementing a safety and hygiene protocol for all staff, patients and guardians/caretakers before entering that may include but not be limited to: reviewing symptoms of COVID-19, a thermal no-touch scan of body temperatures, requirement of a mask or face covering, hand washing/hand sanitizer use and physical distancing within the office. We will be limiting entrance to the building to the patient only. If a minor, then just one parent/guardian will be allowed in the building with the child.
We will be limiting patient scheduling, practicing hygiene and disinfection protocol before and after each patient, curbside pick-up of glasses and contact lenses when possible.
We are committed to the safety of our community by remaining to be socially responsible with our protocols and professionally responsible by continuing to take care of our community's eye care needs. What does this mean?
If you would like to book your annual eye examination, we are currently scheduling appointments.
If you need an adjustment or to order glasses, we are currently scheduling appointments for those services.
If you need to order contact lenses, please call the office. In most cases we can ship directly to you.
If you are running out of medication, please contact us and we can submit a refill electronically to your pharmacy.
If you are having an ocular urgency/emergency we are available to help you at any time. Please call the office and the doctor(s) will help you obtain the care you may need.
We appreciate your business and we are ready to assist in any way possible through this situation. Together we will get through this!
With the sincerest wishes for your continued good health, we remain at your service.
