New Office Policy

(No Show/Cancellation) Effective 6-1-2022

We require at least a 24-hour notification if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. This courtesy will allow us to accommodate other patients. We do realize that emergencies arise, however, we must strictly enforce the policy due to excessive no-shows. Patients who frequently no-show their appointments and fail to cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment may be asked to place a credit card on file prior to scheduling appointments. The no-show charge is $37 for each no-show appointment slot following their card being placed on file, or you may be discharged from the practice for frequent no-shows.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. You will be responsible for the no-show fee as well.

*If you do not have a credit card prior to setting up an appointment, you will be required to provide an in-office deposit.
